[May 28^th, 2013] A leading integrated security management company for next generation, Igloo security (CEO :LeeDeuk-choon, www.igloosec.co.kr) has announced that it will establish “preceding technology research institute” professionally studying preceding security threats and security technology for the next generation.

Demands for horizontal expansion of security management from the occurrence of security incidents to post management in security markets at home and abroad have recently increased and against this backdrop, in a bid to satisfy the market’s demand, Igloo Security has decided to found “preceding technology research institute” professionally studying preceding security technology for the next generation.

Igloo Security’s preceding technology research institute is comprised of security technology research team and generic technology team. Research manpower is made up of manpower that realizes generic technology related to user terminals and hacking specialists including web, network, binary and forensic.

The relatively young research manpower with ripe experience and know-how regarding hacking techniques, diagnosis/analysis of weak points and security technologies is expected to create significant synergy effects when their research achievements and the existing business lines are combined.
