IGLOO SECURITY, INC. AI security monitoring solution registered in the Public Procurement Service

– Enhancement of purchasing convenience for public customers

– Expanding the provision of AI security solutions to public institutions

[29th October 2020] IGLOO SECURITY, INC. (CEO Lee Deuk-choon, www.igloosec.com/en) said an AI (artificial intelligence) security monitoring solution SPiDER TM AI Edition has been registered in the InNara Marketplace , Public Procurement Shopping Mall.

SPiDER TM AI Edition is an AI security monitoring solution that increases the efficiency of security monitoring and raises security monitoring capabilities based on AI technology optimized for cyber security. Depending on the capabilities and experience of security monitoring personnel, it is possible to resolve problems that have occurred with false positives, and focus more on responding to advanced security threats by in-depth analysis of filtered key information and suspicious clues.

In February 2019, IGLOO SECURITY launched SPiDER TM AI Edition, the first AI security monitoring solution in Korea, and supplied the solution to major public institutions and companies. From the beginning of this year to October, it has acquired more than 20 patents related to AI and security monitoring, and has focused on research and development to improve performance. In addition, it obtained Good Software (GS certification) in August of this year prior to registration in the Public Procurement Service, Nara Marketplace, and the excellence of AI security monitoring solution was verified.

Through this registration, public institutions will be able to more conveniently introduce AI security monitoring solutions. In fact, immediately after registration, agency A purchased SPiDER TM AI Edition through the Public Procurement Service's Nara Market, confirming the high public demand for AI security monitoring solutions. In the future, IGLOO SECURITY plans to focus on improving product performance and customer convenience.

Igloo Security CEO Lee Deuk-choon said, “As digital transformation in the public sector is actively promoted, the importance of AI security that can increase the security of a distributed digital work environment is expected to increase even more. Starting with this registration, it is expected that public institutions will be able to introduce AI security monitoring solutions more conveniently and to strengthen the security of the institution against advanced cyber attacks.”
