IGLOO SECURITY, winning a contract of information security build project in Rwanda
Igloo Security has won a contract of information security build project in Rwanda by forging a consortium with KISA(president :Lee Ki-joo) and KT(Chairman Lee Suk-chae).
The project is worth over KRW 20 billion, comprised of center establishmentㆍoperation supportㆍmaintenanceㆍeducation in addition to counseling ㆍ design required to establish information security structure nationwide including Rwanda’s CSIRT(Computer Security Incident Response Team), experts rearing and establishment of certification structure.
To successfully win the contract, KISA and Korea Communications Commission invited the relevant minister of Rwanda to the minister conference of broadcasting communications held this year. Igloo Security and Rwanda’s working-level officials have communicated with each other in advance to successfully win the contract through advance support for project feasibility and education courses..
Taking this opportunity, Igloo Security will expand its influence over the markets in Africa and promote the IT Korean wave. Igloo Security is planning to establish systematic cooperation structure with related institutions including KISA to seek additional advance into EAC with Rwanda.
