IGLOO Corporation Announces Latest Update to AI Agent ‘AiR’… Strengthening 'Agentic AI' Capabilities through Collaboration of Multiple AI Agents

- Addition of ‘Chatbot Agent’ and ‘Analysis Agent’ to Implement Autonomous Functions Linked to SOC
- IGLOO Corporation Accelerates Implementation of 'Agentic AI-Based Security Operations'

[July 17, 2025] AI-driven security. Smarter operations. IGLOO Corporation leads the future of cyber defense. IGLOO Corporation (CEO Deuk-Choon Lee, www.igloo.co.kr), an AI-powered security operations and analytics platform company, announced the latest update to its security-specialized AI agent, ‘AiR (AI Road).’ This update was made to add key AI agent functionalities for an Autonomous Security Operations Center (Autonomous SOC).

AiR is a security-specialized 'AI agent' that combines large language models (LLMs) with natural language understanding capabilities and security-optimized workflows to make decisions. Based on verified security workflows, high-quality decision-making data, and generative AI technology with deep security understanding, AiR can perform tasks such as detection, analysis, and searching that influence security professionals' judgment and task execution.

This update added 'Chatbot Agent' and 'Analysis Agent,' which implement autonomous functions linked to the Security Operations Center (SOC). The 'Chatbot Agent' applies the Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) technique to IGLOO Corporation's internally developed small language model (sLLM), providing answers to pre-defined prompts as well as free-form security queries. The 'Analysis Agent' can analyze large volumes of firewall and web logs based on sLLM, performing in-depth analysis on suspicious entities.

Starting with this update, IGLOO Corporation plans to accelerate the implementation of an 'Agentic AI-based Security Operations System,' where multiple AI agents collaborate to solve problems. The company will continue to develop AI agents that align with changing security paradigms, response methods, and attack indicators, thereby strengthening organizations' cyber threat response capabilities.

Deuk-Choon Lee, CEO of IGLOO Corporation, stated, "Today, organizations face the challenge of responding to a surge in security threats with limited personnel and time. An 'Agentic AI-based Security Operations System' will go beyond improving security operational efficiency and become a key strategy that determines the continuity of organizations. We hope that by adopting 'AI agents,' which are essential components of an Autonomous SOC, organizations can strengthen their overall threat response capabilities."
