[April 24, 2025] AI-driven security. Smarter operations. IGLOO Corporation leads the future of cyber defense. IGLOO Corporation (CEO Deuk-Choon Lee, www.igloo.co.kr), an AI-powered security operations and analytics platform company, announced that it has acquired an artificial intelligence (AI) patent for enhancing the performance and accuracy of machine learning models. With this, IGLOO Corporation now holds 34 AI patents, once again demonstrating its AI security leadership.

The newly acquired AI patent is related to an extraction system that automatically extracts features—characteristics of attacks used in machine learning—from data, aiming to improve the accuracy and efficiency of security data analysis. When extracting features for machine learning from raw data, IGLOO Corporation can reduce the time required and enhance feature clarity by learning feature importance based on its proprietary data.

Since its establishment, IGLOO Corporation has secured over 100 patents, including AI-related ones, accelerating the acquisition of core technologies. Based on this, it has demonstrated AI security leadership by introducing Korea's first AI security monitoring solution and AI security assistant. IGLOO Corporation supports the establishment of an 'AI-driven Open XDR' system that enhances the efficiency of security operations, analysis, and threat response based on its unique AI technology.

Deuk-Choon Lee, CEO of IGLOO Corporation, stated, "IGLOO Corporation is dedicated to research and development aimed at enhancing the practicality and efficiency of AI security. We plan to continue our support to secure even higher quality security technologies."
