IGLOO Corporation (CEO Deuk-Choon Lee, www.igloo.co.kr), an AI-powered security operations and analytics platform company, announced that it was selected as an excellent case company among those supported by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA) for the AI Security Nurturing Project in 2024. Excellent companies were selected based on the evaluation of project performance by the Ministry of Science and ICT.

Through this project, IGLOO Corporation developed an on-premise appliance-type AI security assistant system that can be used even in closed environments. IGLOO Corporation created the system by combining its proprietary hybrid (classification, explanatory, generative) AI detection model 'AiR (AI Road)' with the 'Neural Processing Unit (NPU)' specialized for AI computing from domestic AI semiconductor company Rebellion. This secured stability, allowing AI to be used without data leakage risks, and high productivity.

IGLOO Corporation is accelerating the expansion of AiR supply to domestic and international companies and institutions through service model diversification. In addition to the NPU-based on-premise AiR service developed this time, it also provides services in a subscription model through online and Application Programming Interface (API) integration. Furthermore, it continuously adds diversified language models, broadening customer choices. Currently, AiR applies large language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude, as well as IGLOO Corporation's internally developed security-specific small language model (sLLM) 'GREEN Ai'.
